Brad Holmes makes Detroit Lions fans dreams come true by trading up to 24 and selecting Cornerback Terrion Arnold out of Alabama. The Lions traded the No. 29 and No. 73 overall picks in exchange for the 24th overall pick and a 2025 7th round pick.
Steal of the Draft
Terrion Arnold has all the makings of a CB1, and with the unfortunate release of Cam Sutton, the corner position was a need that had to be addressed in the draft.
Had you told me the Detroit Lions were going to select Terrion Arnold prior to the draft – I would’ve imagined Detroit would’ve gave up a ton of draft capital to move up into the teens. Terrion Arnold at 24 to the Detroit Lions is an absolute steal.
If you’re somehow able to sleep tonight, sleep peacefully knowing that you have one of, if not the best General Manager in the NFL Detroit Lions fans. Brad Holmes delivers another magical night in the Draft.
